Cottage Cheese Pie
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top of pie is light brown and enlarged above crust as this will fall down when cooled.
