Apple-Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Chips:
2 large flour tortillas
Water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Salsa:
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 small orange
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple jelly


Preheat oven to 475°. Brush tortillas with water using Pastry Brush.

Combine sugar and cinnamon; divide and sprinkle over tortillas; cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place wedges on cookie sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and remove to rack.

Meanwhile, peel, core and slice apples with. Cut apples into quarters and chop finely. Hull and slice strawberries and kiwi. Remove zest from orange and reserve; squeeze juice from orange and reserve.

Combine prepared fruit, orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar and apple jelly in bowl. Serve fruit salsa with cinnamon chips.

Yield: 8 servings
