Presbyterian Ham Balls

1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork or 2 lbs. mixed ham loaf
1 Cup graham crackers (8 double) crushed very fine
2 eggs
3/4 Cup milk

Sauce:
1/2 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/8 Cup water
pinch of dry mustard


Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease foil lined pan.

Mix ham recipe and mold into large balls/small loafs. Place in well greased, foil-lined pan. Bake 1 hr at 350 degrees. Drain off fat.

Mix sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Baste ham balls, return them to oven for 1/2 hour more, basting several more times.

6 servings.
