Did any of you know that Hoisin sauce is also known as Peking sauce. This may make it easier for you to find recipes or the product in a shop. Did you also know that the best receipe to use Hoisin sauce with is crispy aromatic duck in pancakes with spring onion....mmmmm...Happy hunting...Sam
