My husband and I are excellent cooks, we are self taught home chefs. We love to entertain and have even catered 2 weddings, serving up a wonderful meal for 150 guests, keeping it simple but delicious. My sister subscribes to your "Taste of Home" magazine. while traveling with her I looked through your publication. It featured great looking dishes and read quite easily, a nice change from Bon Appetite which we are use to cooking from. Last night we made "Sticky Coconut Chicken" from your April/May issue. I am sorry to say that it was one of the worst tasting dishes we have ever made, and we have made a few bad ones in our days of cooking I admit. The sauce caramelized causing it to stick not only to the chicken but to our teeth! the flavor was not good. I will give your recipes one more try, as the Ham'n'Cheese Omelet Roll does look very temping.
Just wanted to let you know how one of your receipe fared...not well in this case.
