Hoisin sauce is available off the shelf at most supermarkets in england and throughout the uk. Also, head for Chinatown in London's West End where there are Chinese supermarkets. You might also look in your local area for Chinese upermarkets via Yellow Pages or Scoot (0800 192 192)
If anyone has a recipe for Hoisin Sauce, I would love to have a go at it.
