I had reservations, too, at first about giving out my details when registering. I don't anymore because you really don't have to give out any REAL details at all.
For example, you could register using whatever name (real or an alias) you like and you can give whatever (real or fictitious) e-mail address you like. You can just put "from ...." in the e-mail part if you wish. Just like you (and I) have left the e-mail box on this board 'blank', the new board's registration gives out no more info' than you want it to. Is that any help? I only got on-line in the new year so I can apprciate your concerns.
