Yes you should be able to Post Pictures the same way you used to by using what we call BBCode.  For Pictures that would be .

You can usually copy and paste  picture from a public web site like Yahoo. But please Note that if you cut and paste in a picture form your own email you may be able to see it it but others won’t because they don’t have access to your email account. .
