At the moment I’m peeved because few, if any, companies jar their products in jars that can be reused for canning purposes like they used to.  In my mind that is far better recycling!  Or Hellman’s now using plastic…..grrr….

I was just thinking what fun it would be to kick off the fall season if we each became a recipe developer.  Have you ever tried your hand (and mind) at creating a recipe that is truly all your own?  I don't think that I ever have, not completely anyway.  SO...
