Your Jam Thumbprints are excellent and were a huge hit at the party last night!  Thank you so much...these will be made again.  Raspberry, Peach and Pineapple preserves ended up being used as the Apricot Jam I bought was not sealed when I went to open it. …are back in our stores now if anyone wants to stock up.  I didn’t and got stuck without for the Pumpkin Lust Cake.  Hopefully all the stores have them back in now

This is supposed to be so good, and I can't find the recipe.  I'm unsure of the exact recipe name.  No more time for all of this searching.  A 'crust' is to be made combining crushed pretzels, nuts, and butter..not sure what else...and then pressed into the mini muffin tins and baked.  The filling after baking is some kind of mousse with caramel drizzled over top. Ahh…Twinkies will be gone…. They’ve been around for as long as I can remember.  Sad.  There is a Twinkies clone recipe at topsecretrecipes.com from Todd Wilbur. Has anyone tried it?
