Question about cooking squash
Is it okay to cook squash whole or do you need to seed them first?
I bought a bunch of Delica and Buttercrisp squash in November. We’ve been slowly eating them but I still have several left. Was wondering if I could put them in the oven whole then clean the seeds out after cooking. Want to get them processed and into my freezer.

This has been a great idea Yankette had 5-6 years ago. Everyone looking forward to join, and receiving waiting to open it. It is very disappointing when yours does not arrive and you hear everyone elses joy. I think if you join you should make sure you send.
