		<description>I think you&#039;re right Becky.  It has been either snowing,raining or both here for about two weeks.  Today is the first day when the sun has been shining all day so far. I made my annual ginger boys and I made a mistake that turned out to be a &quot;Oh wow I know what I did wrong and I&#039;m keeping it&quot; one :)  In my recipe the flour gets blended in last but I got side tracked just after I added the baking soda water to the mix and it rose like bread yeast, I saw that and was sorely tempted to just throw it away but Scottish upbringing kicked in and I thought &quot;Well if it works it works&#039;  They were the best cookies I have ever made with this recipe and Ive been making them for nearly 50 years. :D
