Author: Unbelievable how cute the things are, Hootie I am the toughest person to buy for and I LOVE them all!!! Sorry you had to go through so much to get them here. BUT WOW soooo glad you did. I got a 9″ standing Santa with a chef’s hat and apron with a green and white striped shirt, red pants holding a lolipop in one hand a Noel sign in the other and a candy cane in the apron… did I mention how cute he is, lol and a beautiful Santa ornament with a sparkly hat and suit that says Merry Christmas holding a Christmas tree and a candy cane, so pretty! And a chef’s head with big moustache and where the neck should be little mini utensils hanging and his hat says top chef. Hootie you have great taste, excellent choices thank you so much. Merry Christmas!!!

I’m so glad you like everything. I enjoy doing this each year. I was a little sad I didn’t receive anything. but oh well when things like that happen the best thing to do is bake something and enjoy it.

Has anyone heard from Hootie? Did the mystery of the ornament get resolved?
YES Hootie I absolutely love what you sent, couldn’t have done any better. Aw that is so disappointing that you didn’t receive your ornament. I wish people would understand how disappointing it is to wait, read other posts, keep hoping and receive nothing. I also wish that everyone would not wait until the last minute of the deadline to send out the package. There is not time to fix the error to get them there on time, or if returned to get it back out to the person. I am sad that you sent such a great package with real thought to what you bought, yet received nothing. Hope you have a Happy New Year and thank you again!!!!
Hey, wait a minute! I had Hootie’s name and sent her package toward the end of November. I thought she had posted that she had received it but had gotten home from work at midnight and would post about it after she was rested and opened it. I never did see another post though. I really hope she did get it, and it was not inexpensive to ship it either. Hopefully this gets cleared up. I would never not send as I had promised to do when signing up to participate. I am disappointed too…. Good grief, nothing can be easy I guess. Happy New Year no matter what!
Hmm…looks like it’s 4668 that didn’t receive an ornament not Hootie. As far as I know, nobody has heard from Hootie. I just hope and pray all is well with her. Or is Hootie posting under 4668? Beck and I both sent Hootie an ornament package…this is nuts!
Looks like we both sent one to Hootie, we did our thing. Don’t worry about it, it was fun. It’s over for another year. When Hootie cheks in we will see. Don’t worry she probably did get it. :0)
