Your Jam Thumbprints are excellent and were a huge hit at the party last night!  Thank you so much…these will be made again.  Raspberry, Peach and Pineapple preserves ended up being used as the Apricot Jam I bought was not sealed when I went to open it. It will go back.  That was the only disappointment.  Ended up getting 44 cookies dropping by a heaping teaspoon, used every bit of the coconut exactly, and baked them 14 minutes.    Forgot to use the parchment and didn’t have any problems other than having to wash the cookie sheets a little better!  Placed a tea towel under the cooling rack and was able to shake the excess coconut into the sink and down the disposal.  Mom loves these kinds of cookies, and she will be receiving some this afternoon when I visit.  Thank you for sharing a great recipe and have a very Merry Christmas!
