The Cracked Pot

Update on Eva and the rest
We now have her home, for a week and everything is now routine. Portions sizes, daily injections and watching her carbohydrate levels for the rest of her days. She is really getting used to it. Is there something you lose often?
Do you feel like there is something you constantly misplace or lose?What is it?Have you figured out a way to not misplace it?For me it is a tape measure. I try to keep it with sewing stuff but I constantly seem to misplace it. Makes me crazy! And I lose baked potato nails. I had 6 and am down to 2 now. Tips for when you have a missing ingredient
These are handy substitutes for missing ingredients. I almost never have cream or buttermilk in the refrigerator.If you need heavy cream for a recipe, you can make your own by combining 2/3 c. whole milk with 1/3 c. melted butter.
