Hopefully I don't mess up all of the Christmas plans with picking up anything else.  So disappointing.  Now I need to look back and find that Fiery Sweet Potato recipe to be sure I've saved it!  Thank you! I made mine with 2 heaping tbsp of red curry and they were just right for us.
