Update on Eva and the rest
We now have her home, for a week and everything is now routine. Portions sizes, daily injections and watching her carbohydrate levels for the rest of her days. She is really getting used to it. Bless her little heart she told her daddy ‘I’m sorry I’m sick” How to break your heart or what? Ironically a couple of days after she got home the annual fundraiser for the JDRF was announced on TV and their website was provided so I’ve been reading and learning quite a bit.
Now as to Mom, she’s back on an even keel and health wise she’s doing well. Mentally she still “gets lost” but she does not have mood swings or violent outbursts so…
Son’s injury was not as bad as it looked and since it happened in the building where he works he was given full compensation.
So folks as I always knew prayer works and thank you for your kind wishes.
FANTASTIC!! So glad all the members of your family are doing well.
Glad little Eva is adapting to her new routine. Kids are very resilient.
Thanks for sharing the good news.
Praise God! Our prayer group has been on duty, and God has answered as always! We will continue to pray. I’m so happy that things are settling down a bit for you and yours. Keep looking up!
This is wonderful news. It sounds like everything is under control.
these are really good news, so glad that things are looking up
So happy things are looking up for you and your family, Abbenanny. Eva’s comment just about made me cry. Bless her sweet little heart. She’s pretty wise for a three-year-old!!
