Is there a certain type of cooking you find takes a lot of time? 

What is it?  Does it require a lot of chopping, slicing, stirring for a long time, or some other technique you find is very time intensive?

What is your most time consuming type of cooking?

I’m a big Jeopardy fan, have been for years.  A friend of mine and I were talking today and the topic of  games show hosts can up and he asked me “if Alex Trebek stops hosting Jeopardy who would be a good replacement”? You have to answer with the first name that comes to mind, male or female.  The first one I thought of was Llyod Robertson CBC national news anchor.

I MUST try these ones!  Hoping they are as good as the reviews say. What do you do with capers?  I’ve never cooked with them but bought a jar the other day for that reason.  Never even tasted them or anything…well, that I know of! Thanks a bunch!
