Things are still kind of a mess but oh well. This too shall pass, or I will!!!!
I can start the chapters as suggested. Do I have this right? Individual chapters on Yeast Breads, Quick Breads, Bread Machine, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Fish and Seafood? Is that it so far?

Sherry, I think having that many different chapters will make it easier for people to find recipes. If all breads are in one, it gets too full and takes too long to find a specific thing.
