Any plans for the holiday weekend?

I don’t know about you, but the 4th weekend really snuck up on me.   We don’t have any plans.  Can’t have people over because we just had new tile put in the living room, dining and hallway.  They just finished yesterday and I can’t mop the new tile yet.  Bummer!

We’ll probably just do ribs tomorrow–tonight I have to do something with the turkey Italian sausage I took from the freezer Thursday.   I’ve been craving snow crab so that may be on the menu if I get to Publix.

Hope you are all planning fun weekends, even if that means just relaxing after a hard work week. When I worked I sure hated those middle of the week holidays!   It’s also so hot in most areas of the country, it will probably deter outside get-togethers.
