Any plans for the holiday weekend?

Author: I don’t know about you, but the 4th weekend really snuck up on me. We don’t have any plans. Can’t have people over because we just had new tile put in the living room, dining and hallway. They just finished yesterday and I can’t mop the new tile yet. Bummer!
We’ll probably just do ribs tomorrow–tonight I have to do something with the turkey Italian sausage I took from the freezer Thursday. I’ve been craving snow crab so that may be on the menu if I get to Publix.
Hope you are all planning fun weekends, even if that means just relaxing after a hard work week. When I worked I sure hated those middle of the week holidays! It’s also so hot in most areas of the country, it will probably deter outside get-togethers.
Whatever you do, sure hope you will enjoy it!

No plans here either. This summer just seems to be flying past.

No big plans here either. DH wants hotdogs on the grill…how easy is that! We watched some really great fireworks last night with some more to come by the 4th. So it’s mostly home with the pool, the grill and maybe bringing Mom home for a little picnic. Have a happy, safe 4th! Happy Birthday U.S.A.! God bless America!
