hot jelly
Made jalepano jelly. Oh my word I miss read the recipe 7 cups of peppers (I put) it said 1 cup of peppers. and I thought I was a fire breathing dragon. It tastes wonderful but is soooooooo HOT!!!. What can I do?????? Can I make a new batch and add this to this?
*I’d probably just use it sparingly. You might be able to add some to a new batch, but that’s a lot of pepper jelly.

*Could you make some apple jelly and then mix them as you use it? The mild flavor of the apple might help take some of the heat out.
*Wonder if I could make a batch of apple jelly and just add it to the batch (only a lttle bit) and redo it. Since I have the petcin would I have to add more petcin in.
*I don’t know if the pepper jelly would mix well but it might be worth trying a small amount.
