Frozen Lime Cheesecake
9 Honey Maid Grahams, finely crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix together and press into pie plate
Cream together 1 pkg. softened (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 cup sugar gradually add 3/4 qt. lime sherbet, mixing until well blended. Pour over crust and sprinkle with additional graham crumbs, cover and freeze.
Nice cool summer dessert and it is very easy…I double the recipe. This does not stay around very long! Credit goes to my friend Gerri for this one!

*and one of our friends just made this with raspberry sherbet and said she liked it even better than the lime but that she really, really likes the lime too…
