I thought I had posted my molasses oat bread recipe here on Mimi’s. I couldn’t find it when I looked. I’m wondering if some one has it. I lost most of my recipes when my computer crashed. Mom asked if I could make it for her. Thanks all.

Garlic, fresh or powdered?
I have a question for all you kitchen whizzes in here. I have a recipe I want to try for Chinese pork ribs. It calls for 4 cloves fresh garlic, I don’t have any fresh but I do have powdered. Will I be able to substitute and if so how much should I use?

Made jalepano jelly. Oh my word I miss read the recipe 7 cups of peppers (I put) it said 1 cup of peppers. and I thought I was a fire breathing dragon. It tastes wonderful but is soooooooo HOT!!!. What can I do?????? Can I make a new batch and add this to this?
