I found you again!
I finally found the site again after I got a new lap top and lost all of my favorites. For some reason I could not remember the name of the site. I see there have been changes and I like it, will take a bit to find everything but its looks good.

Here is the EASIEST appetizer recipe ever
Wrap asparagus spears with proscuitto or pancetta slices.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Divine and impressive and delicious.

Barbacoa
8 garlic cloves or more, unpeeled
¼ cup ground dried ancho chile powder
½ - 3/4 tsp gr cumin
sprinkle of black pepper
3 tbsp vinegar (cider vinegar is common in Mexico)
Salt
½ cup water or as needed
3 to 5 lbs chuck roast or other pot roast cut

Chicken and Dumplings question
Has anyone tried the chicken and dumpling recipe for the crock pot? It's the one where you use Pillsbury Grands pop out biscuits and cut them up. Then you add them to the cooked chicken and broth, cover and let cook for another hour.What I want to know is, do they get doughy inside or fluffy on the inside and gooey and the outside, which is how I like them.
