What’s for dinner tonight?
We’re having rainbow trout with a white wine/butter/garlic sauce with a little lemon juice, chives, thyme, and chervil. Brown rice and roasted broccoli and cauliflower on the side.
Dessert will be later – something chocolate, of course.
*Meryl, I’m coming to your house! Your dinner sounds delish and chocolate to top it off – perfect.
Leftover casserole here, salad and fruit.
*We had breakfast for supper with Steak on the grill and eggs over easy, with toast for dipping!
*My SIL makes up her own mix for gluten free bread and cake baking. Let me know if you want me to post it.
