postheadericon ISO: T & T Nuts and Bolts recipe

Hi Folks,  I'm looking for a tried and true Nuts and Bolts Snack Mix recipe.  Not necessarily a mammoth one; maybe 12 to 16 cups max.  I have never made this so your opinions of the methods would also be appreciated.  I have seen some recipes that one needs to bake for over an hour!!!  Is this really necessary?  I'm nervous about baking something that is already dry for so long.  Thanks in Read more [...]

Hi Folks!  I’m looking for two types of this recipe:  one sweet (with baking spices, cinnamon, nutmeg/cloves etc.) and one spicy/savoury (chili powder/herbs etc.).  Do you have one that you make all the time and just love?  Would you mind sharing?  There are so many on the internet I don’t know which one to try first; need a personal recommendation, please.  Thanks so much.
