Yummy Tofu

1 block of extra firm tofu, cubed
about 2 tsp. soy sauce


Place tofu on plate and sprinkle with soy sauce. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Serves: 3-5

Preparation time: 3 min.
