Asparagus Caesar

3 lbs. fresh asparagus
1/4 cup + 2 tbl. butter or margarine -- melted
1/4 cup + 2 tbl. lemon juice
1/4 cup + 2 tbl. grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
lemon slices -- optional


Cook asparagus in a small amout of water 6-8 min. or until crisp tender; drain. Place asparagus in a 12x8x2" baking dish.

Combine butter and lemon juice; pour over asparagus. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over asparagus.

Place under broiler until browned. Garnish with lemon, if desired.
