Asparagus: 4 Minute Asparagus

4 Minute Asparagus

1 lb. asparagus
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce


Clean asparagus and cut on bias very thin. Stir fry in butter for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and soy sauce. Stir and serve immediately.
