Oxtail: Irish Stew

Irish Stew
1 oxtail
1 lb. steak or kidney
3 carrots
1 onion
3 sticks celery
1 tomato
2 oz. lentils
2 beef cubes
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Season All
5 potatoes
Brown meat in saucepan, add butter and chopped vegetables. Cover with water, add season and bring to boil. Add beef cubes and let simmer for a couple of hours. Add potatoes (cubed) 1/2 hour before finish.
