Quick Stew ‘n Biscuits
Recipe fromm Loraine Plummer
1 (40 ounce) can beef stew
1 pkg (1 1/3 cup Bisquick mix
1/3 cup milk
Preheat oven to 425 pour stew into an ungreased 2 quart baking dish.
Combine Bisquick mix and milk; blend into a soft dough. Drop by spoonsfuls onto stew to form dumplings, Cover and bake 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake additional 20 minutes.
