Really Good Crockpot Beef Stew

Yield: 6 servings


2 1/2 lbs. beef chuck or stew meat, cut into chunks
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pack of beef stew seasoning (McCormick)
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. paprika
2 cup baby carrot
1 large (Vidalia) onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
2 tsp. Gravy Master


Place meat in crock pot.

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over meat and stir to coat meat with flour. Mix beef stew seasoning with water and pour over meat.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low about 10 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving
