Beef: Fajita Casserole

2 (16 ounce) jars Taco Bell "Pour 'N Simmer taco seasoning
2 (25.48 ounce) boxes Tyson Beef Fajita Meals for 2
1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 ounce) package Mexican blend shredded cheese


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Spread 1/2 jar of Taco Bell sauce in the bottom of the pan. Cut 4 of the tortillas in half and cover the bottom of the pan. Top with both packages of the fajita meat, drizzle with the remaining 1/2 jar sauce, and some of the cheese.

Top this with 4 more tortillas, cut in half, then one of the vegetable packages, green chilies, black beans, and 1/2 jar Taco Bell sauce.

Finish off with 4 more tortillas, cut in half, remaining half jar sauce and remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue to cook until heated through and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
