Deep Dish Taco Squares
1/2 lbs. ground beef,cooked and drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated cheddarella
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup bisquick
1/4 cup cold water
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
paprika
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8" baking dish.
Mix together sour cream, mayo, cheddarella, and onion, set aside.
In another bowl, mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough in bottom and 1/2" up sides of pan.
Spread cooked beef mixture evenly over dough and then top with 2-3 chopped tomatoes. Carefully spread sour cream mixture over the top of that and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until the edges of the dough are lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
