1 cup walnuts
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Sugar Coated Nuts
3 cups peanuts with skins
2 cups sugar
1 cups water

Preheat oven to 300 F.

Combine all ingredients in black iron frying pan. Cook on low heat until sugar melts, stirring often. Cook on medium heat until mixture becomes thick and bubbly, stirring frequently.
