Nuts: Spiced Pecans

Spiced Pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
3 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Mix egg white and water. Add pecans and mix well. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over pecans. Spread pecans evenly into a greased pan. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes. Stir, then bake an additional 15 minutes.
Makes 3 cups.
