Cinnamon and Sugar Nuts
Ease of Cooking: Easy
1 large egg white
2 C. Nut halves
1/4 C. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix egg white and nut halves together in a small bowl. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients and mix well. Stir mixture until nuts are well coated. Place nuts into a jelly roll pan, be sure to spread them evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until toasted. Cool completely before placing into a storage container.
