Peppermint-Chocolate Dipped Ritz

1 lb. pkg chocolate almond bark
1 dram, peppermint oil, not extract.
1 box Ritz crackers.


Melt bark in microwave; mix in the oil. Dip crackers in the chocolate, lay on wax paper to harden back up..

1 dram = 1 teaspoon.
