Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce
2 tbs. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup catsup
2 tbs. white vinegar
1 tbs. rice wine
1 tbs. soy sauce
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in a small pan . Add remaining ingredients until smooth.
Heat over medium hig heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook and stir until sauce thickens.
