Barbecue Sauce

5 tbsp. tomato ketchup
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 3/4 oz. dark muscovado sugar
1 tbsp. prepared English mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tobasco sauce


Mix all ingredients together and coat meat, then barbecue over hot coals basting every now and then
