Oven Drawn Butter
1 pound butter
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place butter in a medium-large stainless steel bowl. Place in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Let set for about 15 minutes on counter. Carefully skim off the stuff on top.
Pour the clarified butter off slowly so as not to disturb the milk solids underneath too much. Discard milk solids.
Reheat gently when ready to use.
Store in the refrigerator.
