Blue Mountain Barbecue Sauce

Blue Mountain Barbeque Sauce
4 Servings

1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup black coffee, brewed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce


In a medium non-aluminum saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Let cool before using.
