Title: Roasted Garlic Burgers

Yield: 4 Burgers
1 lb. Lean ground sirloin or turkey
1/4 cup Parmesan; freshly grated
1/8 cup Roasted garlic olive oil
1/8 cup Fresh basil; chopped
Salt/pepper
4 slices Mozzarella
2 Tbl. Mustard
1/2 bunch Basil leaves
8 slice Ripe tomatoes
4 Hamburger buns
Preheat grill.
Combine meat, cheese, oil, chopped basil, salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness.
Top with cheese after turning. Brush buns with garlic oil and grill until light brown. Spread with mustard, top with tomatoes, basil leaves and patties.
