Adrine's Open Faced Sandwich
On a baking sheet lightly covered with Pam, stack in order:
Sour dough bread covered lightly with mayonnaise
3-4 slices of cooked bacon
fresh tomato slices
1/2 an avacodo thinly sliced
cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
Place under the broiler and watch carefully until the cheese browns slightly and bubbles nicely.
