Taco Salad by Ann Sanders

2 lbs. ground beef - brown and cool
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 (15 oz.) cans Kidney or Pinto beans or combination
2 heads lettuce
4 large. tomatoes
1 lb. shredded cheddar
1 red onion
1 pkg. Doritos® (1/2 cup crushed)
2 avocados
12 oz. French dressing
Hot taco sauce to taste


Cook the beef as for tacos using a pkg. of taco seasoning.

Just chop up all the rest, combine french dressing and taco sauce; pour over and toss with the Doritos, and serve Ole!

I think it makes 12 servings.
