Beef: Taco Salad by Gail1935

Taco Salad
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg Lowry's Taco
3/4 C water.
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 C diced tomatoes
1 C diced onion
1 C sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 C Jack cheese, shredded
3/4 C thousand island dressing
15-oz can drained kidney beans
diced avocado
corn chips (added at the end)
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add taco mix and water and simmer 10 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients and top with beef.
