Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
Leftover white rice
Leftover vegetables
1 tbsp. soy sauce (reduced sodium fine)
1 tbsp. water
Garlic Flavored Oil

Preheat a nonstick skillet or nonstick wok. When hot, add a touch of the oil (1 tsp. or so); let it heat up for a moment.

Then add the leftover rice and let it brown a bit. Add the leftover vegetables (tougher vegetables first such as broccoli) and stir-fry them around until heated through. Add soy sauce and water. Let liquid evaporate. Drizzle on a touch of the oil or some sesame oil, if you have it.

Serve as a side dish.
