Rice Hot Dish

Rice Hot dish
1 pound hamburger
3/4 uncooked rice
chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Mushrooms soup
1 soup can milk
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Brown hamburger and then drain. Put into a casserole along with remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Also you could substitute Cream of Onion Soup for the French Onion.
The hot dish can be topped with Chow Mein Noodles or Durkee Fried Onions after 1/2 hour of baking time.
