Kathleen's Company Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups rice
4 cups water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and water together till smooth, add rice. Pour into baking dish (13 x 9 in.) Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes covered - 350 degrees. The rice will be cooked and water absorbed when done.
